PAYMENT |
 All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Payment must be received within 7 days of your order or your order will be put back up
for sale. |
| We accept credit cards through PayPal, postal money orders,
bank money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (subject to bank clearance). |
| Unfortunately, we are unable to sell animals to anyone
under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please have your parents order for you.
No guarantees will be honored if found in violation of this term. This is for the safety
of the animals and welfare of the child. |
SHIPPING |
| Shipping is not
included in the prices of the animals unless noted. |
| We ship all orders via USPS Overnight Express Mail at a flat
rate of $30 (some locations may be 2nd day delivery in which case UPS Overnight is available at
the customer's discretion at a flat rate of $50). All overnight shipments carry a live arrival
guarantee. |
| We only ship within the continental United States. |
| NOTE: There is a $10 handling
fee for orders under $100 (shipping not included). |
| We reserve the right to delay shipments during extreme
weather conditions. |
| Someone must be home to sign for the package the first
time it is attempted to be delivered or all guarantees are void. Please note that someone
MUST SIGN for the package. If you have a signature release, please remove it (at least until
your package from us has been signed for) or all guarantees will be void. |
| We only ship Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays. |
GUARANTEES |
| All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy and feeding. |
| All animals will be honestly represented and sexed
accurately if sex is given. If incubation sex is given there is no guarantee that the
animal will turn out to be that sex.

| If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us with 48 hours
to discuss exchange options. Unfortunately, shipping costs cannot be refunded. |
